One thing we know for sure about the future is that the world is going to keep embracing technology.
There's so much more that we could be doing to do that in a positive and healthy way.
Especially with how we guide our young people in this area.
I'm focused on exploring what that means.
From experimenting with tech-breaks to time limits and the practice of self-regulation with surrendering devices it's all one big discovery process!
So then maybe I should say that the ONE thing that is actually for sure is if we don't figure it out and fast we're going to become the experiment!
